Measurements: 28x32x20 cm weight: 1,9 kg Natural cast of the buttocks of an elderly patient to recognize and classify various decubitus phases and typical disorders in the gluteal region. All commonly used wound care methods can be demonstrated and practiced. The following disorders are represented: • Stage I: Decubital ulcer at the left ischial bone • Stage II: Decubital ulcer at the left greater trochanter • Stage III: Infected decubital ulcer at the right greater trochanter • Stage IV: Decubital ulcer over the sacral bone with necrotic tissue, loss of all skin layers and muscles, exposed bone • Dry necrosis at the right ischial bone • Herpes in the area of the left gluteal fold • Surgical suture in the area of the right buttock • Candidiasis in the area of the anal fold
